XC Practice Day 33
Fartlek: 5 minutes hard, 3 minutes easy, 4 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy, 3 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard.
Fartleks are so frustrating! No motivation except for like the last one when my coach screams “You’re on the polo field!” (last part of our races).
Possibly one of the last workouts of the season?!
