Counties was this Wednesday and Thursday….. and after my 4x8 being scratched due to rain delays and what not I still had a sick meet! 4th place in both the 800 and the steeplechase! PR’d by 4 secsonds in the 800 (2:25.6) and a 20 second PR in the 2k steeple! (7:47.5) Next year I will not take 4th as an option- All county get reeaddddy!
